The Radio City Music Hall Box Office is located in the main lobby of the Music Hall; the entrance is on 6th Avenue at the corner of 50th Street.

Tickets for events at the Beacon Theatre, Radio City Music Hall, Madison Square Garden and the WaMu Theater at Madison Square Garden may be purchased in person at any of our Box Office locations without incurring any additional Ticketmaster convenience charges.  If you choose to utilize a Ticketmaster outlet to purchase tickets, you will be assessed a convenience charge.

Regular Hours
Monday - Saturday:
11:30am -6:00pm
If an event starts before 12:30pm, Box Office will open 90 minutes before event start time. If event starts after 6pm, Box Office will remain open 30 minutes after event start time for Will Call and tickets sales for the evening's event only.

Sundays:
Closed
If an event takes place on Sunday, Box Office will open at 12pm or 90 minutes before the event start time (whichever is earlier) and remain open 30 minutes after event start time for Will Call and tickets sales for the evening's event only.

If an event starts before 10am, Box Office will open 1 hour before event start time.
If event starts after 6pm, Box Office will remain open for 1 hour after event start time.

10am - 6pm
If an event starts before 11am, Box Office will open 1 hour before event start time. If event starts after 6pm, Box Office will remain open for 1 hour after event start time.

Sunday:
Closed
If an event takes place on Sunday, Box Office will open at 12pm or 2 hours before the event start time (whichever is earlier) and will remain open until 1 hour after event start time.

If an event starts before 12pm, Box Office will open 1 hour before event start time. If event starts after 7pm, Box Office will remain open 1 hour after event start time.

12pm - 6pm
If an event starts before 1pm Box Office will open 1 hour before event start time. If event starts after 6pm, Box Office will remain open 1 hour after event start time. CLOSED on Sunday for the Summer months from Memorial Day through Labor Day.

On the first day of sale, tickets for concerts are not sold at the Madison Square Garden, Radio City Music Hall or Beacon Theatre Box Offices, and may only be purchased by calling Ticketmaster at 866-858-0007 or visiting Ticketmaster.com.

You may purchase tickets for events on sale to the public at any of our venues at anyone of our respective Box Offices, during their Box Office hours.

Cash and major credit cards (American Express, Mastercard, Visa and Diner's) are accepted for payment. Personal & company checks are not accepted.

At Radio City, the Box Office closes for advance sales at 6pm on event days; after 6pm Box Office only available for Will Call and ticket sales for the evening's event.

Radio City and The Beacon Box Offices will not accept Will Call tickets from individual patrons.

Our Box Offices are closed on major holidays unless an event is taking place at the respective venue.
