GENERAL AUDITION AND SHOW INFORMATION

Contract dates range from early October/early November to late December/early January, depending on which show you are cast in.

MSGE is committed to ethnically diverse casting for all roles.

All performers must be 18 years of age (by September 30 of current year) to be considered for casting. If you will be 17 years of age or under at the time of the audition, you are welcome to audition for the experience, but will not be able to be considered for casting. To audition, you will need to have your parent or guardian sign the standard audition release form, which will be given out at the audition. If your parent or guardian will not be accompanying you at the audition, you will need to download this release form, have it signed by your parent or guardian, notarized by a notary public and bring it with you to the audition.

You must be a US citizen or have a current legal permit which allows you to work in the US to be considered for casting.

Travel and Housing are provided for all performers in shows performing outside New York City. No travel or housing is provided for the performers of the show in New York. If cast in the show, performers will be offered an American Guild of Variety Artists (AGVA) contract with competitive salaries and benefits.

ROCKETTE REQUIREMENTS

ROCKETTES must be between 5'6" and 5'10 1/2" tall (measurements will be taken in stocking feet). Rockette candidates must be proficient in jazz and tap.

There will be a September auditions for Rockettes only.THERE WILL BE NO FURTHER AUDITIONS FOR CHILDREN IN 2010. ALL CHILDREN'S ROLES HAVE BEEN CAST. Note: There are NO EXCEPTIONS to any of the role requirements listed on this website. If you do not fit any of these requirements, unfortunately there are no roles available for you in the Radio City Christmas Spectacular.
