As with the general public, tickets for most Radio City events are available the first day of sale to individuals with disabilities via TicketMaster phones, TicketMaster.com, and Radio City Music Hall's Disabled Services department. Tickets for concerts are not available for sale at the Radio City Box Office on the first day of sale. After the first day of sale, remaining concert tickets will be available at the Radio City Music Hall Box Office, in addition to TicketMaster phones, TicketMaster.com, and Radio City Disabled Services. If the first day of a ticket sale is on a weekend or holiday, Radio City Music Hall's Disabled Services department will sell tickets on the following business day. Please be advised that sale dates are subject to change.
Accessible seating is intended for use by an individual with a mobility disability or other disability who requires the accessible features of accessible seating due to a disability, and that individual’s companions. Radio City Music Hall reserves the right to investigate potential misuse of accessible seating and to take all appropriate action against individuals who fraudulently obtain tickets for accessible seating. While tickets for accessible seating legitimately purchased for the use of an individual with disability may be transferred to another individual under the same terms and conditions applicable to other tickets, in the event such ticket is transferred to a non-disabled individual, Radio City reserves the right to transfer that individual to other available seating.
Wheelchair locations are for a non-transferable wheelchair patron - a guest who will remain in their own wheelchair. There will be an empty space for the wheelchair patron and a seat for his/her guest. If a patron arrives with these tickets and they are not using their own wheelchair, the guests will be subject to one of the following, based on Radio City's discretion: the guest will immediately pay the full price of the currently discounted wheelchair location ticket(s) and be relocated to any available seating or be subject to ejection from the building and forfeiture of the ticket price.
Tickets are available through Radio City Music Hall's Disabled Services Department at 212.465.6115, Monday through Friday from 9:30am to 4:30pm. There is no additional service or handling fee incurred for purchasing tickets or making accommodations through this department.
Tickets are available through TicketMaster phones at 866.858.0008, Monday through Saturday from 9:00am to 6:00pm and Sunday from 12:00pm to 6:00pm or TicketMaster.com 24/7. Disabled patrons may purchase one additional ticket for a companion. If additional companion tickets are required, please call the Radio City Disabled Services Department for assistance with your entire order. Please be aware that TicketMaster charges additional fees for its services. TicketMaster's hours of operation and service fees are subject to change. Tickets are available through the Radio City Music Hall Box Office, Monday through Saturday from 11:30am to 6:00pm and closed on Sunday. Additionally, the Box Office is open one hour before and one-half hour after any event's start time. Windows #2 and #6 are wheelchair accessible. Event tickets are not available for sale at the Radio City Box Office on the first day of sale or presale.
Radio City Music Hall's disabled seat locations are divided into two designated categories: Wheelchair and Aisle Transfer and each seat type has companion seating. Patrons may choose their seat type, based on disability, ticket price, and seat availability. For example, a wheelchair patron may choose to transfer to an aisle seat or remain in his/her wheelchair.
Wheelchair seating is available in the Orchestra and First Mezzanine only. Aisle Transfer seating is available in the Orchestra, First, Second, and Third Mezzanine. A bank of four elevators is located on the left side at the end of the Grand Foyer. These elevators will take you up to the First, Second, and Third Mezzanine levels and down to the Grand Lounge.

We accept AMERICAN EXPRESS, MasterCard, Visa and Discover. We do not accept personal checks. Additionally, in limited circumstances, Radio City will accept US Postal Money Orders for orders placed with the Disabled Services Department.

Our office must be receive money orders within five business days of the order date or your request will be automatically cancelled. Please be aware that we are not responsible for lost, stolen or misdirected mail. We encourage you to call our office to confirm the receipt of your payment.
There are no refunds or exchanges and all sales are final. We realize that a situation may arise that would prohibit a disabled patron from attending an event for which tickets have already been purchased. If you are unable to attend an event due to a disability related emergency, please call Disabled Services at 212-465-6115 prior to the event taking place to determine possible options are available to you.
In the event that tickets are lost or stolen, please contact Radio City Music Hall's Disabled Services department with your ticket confirmation number and the name, date, and time of the show. Upon verification, a Lost Ticket Voucher (LTV) will be arranged. LTV's must be picked up by the disabled purchaser with valid identification, one-hour prior to show-time on the day of the event only at the Radio City Box Office. The original tickets will not be honored.
Groups that consist of 9 or more individuals (15 for the Stage Door Tour) may contact Group Sales directly during normal business hours at 212.465.6100. To better assist you, please inform the representative of the number of disabled individuals in your group and of any special accommodations they may need.
